What can I expect from my first visit?

The first time we engage customers, we recommend our Supreme Clean.  This package provides a comprehensive clean of the home, including vertical services and light organization.  A Supreme Clean resets the entire residence.  Say goodbye to good-enough jobs.  Experience the deep-clean difference that removes years of build-up, making subsequent housekeeping a breeze!

 

How long does it generally take to clean a home?

Generally, our team is in and out between six and eight hours.

 

Do you have laundry services?

While we do not usually offer laundry services, we work to accommodate our clients in special circumstances.

 

I feel a little nervous about having strangers in my home.  How do I know my belongings will be secure?

We feel you.  That is why we carefully vet our staff.  Each employee has a clean police record, and if it makes you feel better, know that hotel housekeepers undergo additional industry security checks.  

 

We also train our staff to clean in ways that make you feel safe.  We tidy your treasured collections--then return them to their original positions.   

 

BowTidy is fully licensed and insured.
 

I feel embarrassed about the state of my home.  

Most of our clients call because the pace of life does not allow them to maintain their own cleaning standards.  They prioritize family, work, and other important responsibilities over keeping a spotless house, and we respect that choice.  They are usually relieved to see us!

 

Preserving dignity is one of our core values.  We require our employees to sign a confidentiality agreement restricting disclosure of any personal information about clients and their homes.  We consider this a basic business courtesy.

RESIDENTIAL PRICING  

 

We provide custom BowTidy quotes to each client after a site inspection.  During that  interview, you prioritize cleaning objectives and agree to the scope of work you want us to provide.  

 

Do you charge extra for working at night or on the weekends?

Ordinarily, we clean residences from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 5 pm.  We occasionally book work on Sunday, if we are able to accommodate the work..  

 

I need emergency cleaning.  How quickly can you get here?  

Ordinarily, we require two days notice to book your BowTidy solution.  If you have a screaming emergency, we will do our best to help.  We know people. 

 

Flood damage

After plumbing emergencies or major storms, contaminated flood water can penetrate your floors and furniture.  Document the impact for insurance, then let our professionals assess the damage.  We use water extraction plus well-researched equipment and products to help restore the home you love.
 

Mold and Mildew 

If allergies, asthma, and breathing are causing problems for you, call the Professors of Clean.  Our crew will deep clean visible surfaces, inspecting for hidden zones of dust, mold or mildew.  We can also refer you to mold remediation specialists who use sophisticated, ultraviolet light technology to test the air quality in your home and air conditioning vents, and hunt down allergens.

AFTER YOUR BOWTIDY SOLUTION

 

Breakage or Damage

As experienced professionals, we are trained to work with care when handling your property.  BowTidy has commercial liability insurance.  Fortunately, we have not had to use it!  On the rare occasions that an item is broken or damaged, we immediately report the incident, and replace the object.  

 

What happens if I can’t find something after a Bow Tidy visit?

We train our staff to reposition items precisely as they were found, prior to cleaning.  Occasionally a client calls back to say they cannot find something we have inadvertently moved.  We coordinate with our staff to explain where the item was left after cleaning.
